As with any project, accurate planning is vital to successful delivery. VolkerLaser's professional team produce detailed programmes and co-ordinate with adjacent trades to agree interface strategies. Our Site Managers monitor progress on a daily basis, update and amend the programme as required and work closely with our clients to agree critical items throughout each contract.
VolkerLaser has a directly employed workforce of operatives and staff, all of whom are suitably trained and carry out their duties in line with our accredited BS EN ISO 9001:2008 procedures.
Working safely and with concern for the environment is critical to our business. VolkerLaser employs a qualified, full time Health & Safety Officer who is supported by the experience and expertise of the dedicated HSEQ department of sister company VolkerFitzpatrick. We also operate a thorough training schedule to ensure that staff and operatives are up-to-date with best practice and operate in line with current legislation. Our safety record is excellent and is available for scrutiny, but we maintain a pro-active approach to keeping it that way.
