VolkerLaser are now carrying out solid wall insulation works in conjunction with the Green Homes Cashback Scheme 14/15 which provides cashback of up to 75% of the cost of the works up to a maximum of £6,000.00 for properties within Scotland.
In addition, there is a further £400 available for alternative insulation measures, £300 for measures including double glazing and draught proofing and £500 for boiler upgrades.

· VolkerLaser will survey your property and prepare a free quotation.
If you require financial assistance VolkerLaser can offer information on low interest energy efficiency loans via our approved credit partners.
If you are happy to proceed, VolkerLaser will carry out a green deal advice report and assist you to apply for the cashback voucher.
VolkerLaser will take care of building warrants and any other permissions required to carry out the works on your property, all you will need to do is relocate any plants or ornaments for the duration of the works. Weather pending, the process takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish. On completion VolkerLaser will carry out a post EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) to allow you to claim your cashback from the scheme.
Once the works are carried out you should notice an immediate difference in your homes ability to retain heat and stay warm. Your property will also benefit from a great new look finish and have the potential to increase value of your home. You can claim a cash rebate under the Green Homes Cashback scheme for the measures listed below, as long as they are recommended in your Green Deal Advice Report. Solid wall insulation: 75% of the total installation cost up to £6,000
Boiler: 100% of the costs up to £500

Please note LEDs are not eligible for a rebate under this phase of the Green Homes Cashback scheme.
