An egg-citing donation

Just before the Easter break, we headed back to The Myriad Centre in Worcester, to donate some eggs-tra special treats.

Thanks to the generosity of the VolkerLaser team, we were able to collect a huge number of chocolate treats, as well as an £75 cash donation.

The Myriad Centre, established in 2007, is a charitable organisation, based in Worcester, providing high quality, person-centred day respite services to support young people living with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and their families/carers.

The donations were delivered by VolkerLaser representatives, had the opportunity to meet some of the young people at the centre, as well as the exceptional support team on site.
The team at Myriad said: “Thank you so much for your visit last week. All of our clients were absolutely delighted with all the Easter treats from VolkerLaser.”

Due to the high number of Easter egg donations this year, we were also able to visit The Granary in Worcester, a facility run by Hope Church, to gift some eggs to the local community. The centre is a hub for the most vulnerable in the community, and they were delighted to receive some eggs ahead of the bank holiday weekend.
