Now in their 19th year, these prestigious awards recognise the outstanding achievements of the people, teams and projects that have gone above and beyond to keep our country moving.

VolkerLaser is delighted to be shortlisted for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Award, which celebrates employers that take a joined-up approach to support employees’ mental health and wellbeing, and strive to embed best practice across their organisation.

Mark Waudby, head of the mental health and wellbeing forum, said: “I’m delighted that the efforts of VolkerLaser, and especially the mental health and wellbeing forum, have been recognised by the Highways Awards. The #CHALLENGETHESTIGMA campaign has already helped make a big difference within the business, and will continue to move forward. This shortlisting helps recognise the importance mental health and wellbeing plays across our industry.”

The winners will be announced at the Highways Awards night, taking place at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, on Wednesday 19 October.
